RESIDENT: She lives with her sister in a small apartment near California State Campus, University Hills.
SPECIAL ABILITIES:
Myra has inherited three special abilities from Skadi:
Firstly, she is able to lower the temperature in the air around her, by moving cold and warm air around. This results in a thermic process which causes the air in the targeted area to cool down rapidly. She does this a lot in the summer, when she needs to cool down, since she is a lot more comfortable in cold environments. This is the only one of her powers that she is actually aware of. It can be used out in the open, but that requires much more concentration than if Myra is in a closed room, since the number of different processes is much lower there than in open air. Her current maximum at this skill is lowering the temperature in her home by 20°C.
Secondly, she is able to solid-freeze smaller objects with maximum the volume of 4 liters. With this ability she can also make frost burns or cause severe numbness in human limbs – she has never consciously tried this though since she is not aware of her second “ability”. Only extreme danger or stress will trigger it and in this case she cannot control it either.
She can endure extremely low temperatures (her body temperature is naturally lower than normal humans’, and therefore she never wears coats or scarves unless she is at the North Pole.
POWER RELATED WEAKNESSES:
When Myra manipulates with the temperatures of an area she needs to focus completely on what she is doing and nothing else. When she loses focus the cold will last for a while, though (depending on the environment). The cold she creates has to come from somewhere and because cold and warmth are relative thermic concepts the temperature will rise in another area when she lowers it around herself. Fx.: If she makes her apartment colder the air right outside will rise in temperature just as rapidly. This means that she has to be careful with the processes she creates.
Unwillingly using her freezing ability will cause extreme fatigue and her body temperature will rise to a feverish level (because she transfers pulls energy/warmth from the object/person into her own body). The few times it has happened she was sick/down for several days.
GENERAL APPEARANCE:
Myra is of normal height, slender and pale-skinned. In the summer she gets a soft veil of freckles on her nose and cheeks. When she is at work or school, she looks like the classic bookworm with her reading glasses on and a slight frown attached to her face. Her hands are slim with long fingers. She has dark defined eyebrows and narrow and long ears that she almost always tries to cover with her hair.
HAIR COLOR & STYLE:Long and reddish-brown, often worn loose or tied into a messy braid.
EYES COLOR:Amber/Brown (depending on the light)
HEIGHT: 5.5 ft.
FLAWS & BODYART:She has several tiny scars on her hands and arms from experimenting in the university science lab and a long scar down her side from a swimming accident. She wears black nail polish most of the time and behind her left ear is a tattoo that looks like a tiny snowflake.

PERSONALITY:
At work or school she is, as mentioned before, the classic bookworm, and generally she gets good grades. She is polite at work, but she has a sharp wit and is almost never able to keep a biting/icy comment to herself when she isn’t in “professional-mode” (at work or finals). She is hard to befriend, but once you’ve earned her trust, she is actually a very friendly and supportive person.

CRIMINAL RECORD: Clean (though she has received a temporary banishment from Campus for an experiment that hyper-cooled and destroyed most of one of the labs). What she still doesn’t know is that she actually made the cooling a lot worse by panicking over the destructive result. Her freezing-ability shattered the windows of the lab, because of the severe stress she experienced.
